I believe it! Meezers (pointed kitties) are often vocal - Boodie is proof of that. And she doesn't even have a conventional cat voice. It's more of a squeak.
Oh yes! I (Ayla) talk to TBT all the time. His meows dont always make anny sense, but he tries. I unnerstand his Beinwerds better than he unnerstands my meowwerds, but talking back and forth keeps us close.
