New Friends

When I told my girls about the new friend who was stopping by for a visit, they were so excited they ran to the window and watched until they saw him walking up to our door...

Calle, Halle and Sukki could hardly wait to meet Sol, a handsome mancat from the Missy, KC, Bear blog; please stop by with well wishes for the Sherwood Seven gang.

Sol is a 2 year old indoor American Shorthair who lives with his siblings in Houston, Texas.

Since Sol's motto is "I Love The Ladies" and his nickname is Sexy Sol, my single girls were really ecstatic to meet this fun loving boy and spend some time with him.

Sol likes being a watch cat, so they hung out at our screened french doors for some time, enjoying the lovely Spring like weather while watching birds and squirrels in our backyard.

For awhile, they played with nip toys and laid around on the lazy Sunday afternoon...

Which eventually led to games of chase throughout the house; they played like they had been friends forever.

Of course, they dined on Fancy Feast Tuna, Sol's favorite, before the end of their fun filled day together.

A little cuddling was in order before saying goodbye...the girls were thrilled with their new friend, Sol, but I think they were all worn out!!
