Dear friends...I wanted to get in touch and let everyone know why I have been largely absent from comments over the last few months...I have been training after work this summer and on Monday, August 6, was accepted into the Basic Training Class as a Police Recruit with the local Criminal Justice Academy; after the class, I will receive a pay raise, but I will return to my current job as Secretary to the Marshal...I will be going through the Class until almost the end of the year; the class includes daily physical training, classroom instruction with weekly tests, shooting, hand to hand combat, etc=it is a grueling schedule, but also a great challenge for me, especially since I will turn 47 in October!!...I have spent my free time the last few months scheduling ahead for my blog, as it is a labor of love and I have posted everyday since I started in January 2010 and did not want to stop now!...I hope you guys will continue to visit my babies and keep us in your prayers!...I will be checking email and my blog on weekends and look forward to having a life of my own again, which includes you all, in a few months!...I am so blessed to have you guys in my life and thank you all for your wonderful friendship; wishing everyone much happiness and great health in the months ahead, sending love and hugs to all our friends!...Jacqueline
