It looks like Mommy Cat is telling Daddy Cat to get up, but he is comfortable in his spot. Or maybe, he is telling her to come back to bed. Don't know, but they are precious together. Cute pictures!!!

Mommy Cat sighs, shakes her furry head. And proceeds to walk off.
