We all wear collars with all our identifying info on them. No matter the size of the kitten/cat, whoever joins the family gets a collar the very first day. Halle is such a beautiful kitty. I have always noticed her collar, and she does look proud to be wearing it. Love those girls. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
