Oh Calle this picture made me dizzy. Great shot Mom. I love Cats 101 too and mom and I get a charge out of 'It is me or the Dog'. It is amazing the number of people who own dogs and do not have a clue what to do with them. Madi and Mom

Calle's tail is funny as it rests on the upper step. Calle is taking up a total of 3 steps! :-)
We are not sure when the rat problem developed but only noticed it recently. We attribute it to one of 3 things: (1) trees and bushes have recently been cut in the canyon, thereby disrupting the regular pattern or even homes of the rats; (2) the neighbor cat has been on haitus for the past year as he and his owner have been away taking care of grandma; (3) Hana is no longer with us and the rats don't smell her anymore so they come visit.
