Sukki, Calle

Sukki and Calle are biological sisters, along with Halle, my Siamese; Calle and Halle are littermates while Sukki is the baby of the family.
Balinese-any of a breed of slender long haired cats that originated as a spontaneous mutation of the Siamese.

ReplyDeleteI didn't realize they were that breed, not that I know anything about it. Glad you explained the Balinese. I never heard of that breed before but that doesn't mean a thing. They sure are pretty and look like really nice cats.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week end.
I didn't know that about your gorgeous girls! That is really an interesting biography! It took Mummy a while to get her head around it, Calle and Halle being littermates but Calle is a Balinese and Halle is Siamese, and Sukki looks just like Calle but she is their sister, not littermate.
ReplyDeleteWOW!!!
Gorgeous x3 (cubed)!!
The are all such beautiful girls and look so dainty - just like ballerinas.
ReplyDeleteThe Teenage Mutant Ninja Kitty Horde are still struck by their beauty and still have a crush on them.
ReplyDeletePS The late Nicodemus the Dust Bunny Hunter was a Burmese, so his fur wasn't quite as long but he had the same markings. I adore Oriental cats. They're so smart and gorgeous!!

Hello Jacqueline,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this information about the Balinese breed! As a pet sitter I thought I knew the difference between a Siamese and a Balinese and up til now I thought your beautiful furkids were Siamese!
I hope you will tell us where you cart them around to someday because I'd love to see where they go and how people react when they meet your kitties! Such fun for the kitties to get out and about I'm sure!
Littermates or sisters, all we know is that you are all very beautiful.
